We picked up dry cleaning but forgot my two son's matching sports coats which we needed for family photos and first communion. Saturday night after all of the family had flown in we finished dinner go home to prepare for the next day.  We go to Lay out the clothes for First communion and we realize we do not have the jackets.  We call Paul up, when he hears of the issue he drops what he is doing to open the store in the dead of night so all of our planning would not go to waste.  We got the jackets and four generations got memories we will never forget.  Paul goes above and beyond.  Cannot say thank you enough.  Chain stores do not do this but business's like Resciniti make the customer important And with us that was all the difference in the world.

The owner seems like a sweet person.

I just wish that I had received my designer top back with the rest of my designer things.

Living in this area, it is so hard to find people who do good quality work, which I believe he does, but the professionalism is lacking. 

I  couldn't put my trust back in this place because I couldn't take the chance of sending something even more expensive that I own and not getting it back again.

Went in there once to get grand daughters dress fixed he couldn't do it in the time frame I needed it so he made a called to another cleaners for me and I got the dress done. I am so thankful for his help. He could have just sent me away.

My experience with Resciniti began in 2006, when I needed to find someone to press my wedding dress.  A professor I greatly looked up to (and who always dressed impeccably) recommended that I go to Resciniti, and told me that his wife trusted them with all of her gowns with delicate beading, etc, and had never ever had a problem with them. 

We have since used Resciniti for all our dry cleaning needs, and every interaction has been completely positive.  

The owner is the friendliest person ever, and will chat with you and take the time to understand your needs, no matter how busy things are.  

It is obvious that he really cares about his customers and they know and trust him, and like him, too.  

Some examples of their outstanding service: 
When I picked up my wedding dress, almost at Christmas and almost at closing time, he personally helped me load it into my very tiny car, and one of the employees followed to help, and kept telling me that I needed to hang it up as soon as I got it home so I wouldn't have any creases in the train.  

When our little puppy had a huge accident all down the front of my long wool coat, they told us that they may not be able to get it all out, but would do their best.  I was quite concerned, but when we returned to pick it up, the coat was returned to us in new condition.  

Conclusion:
We always recommend them if anyone mentions that they need dry cleaning, and I do so in confidence that they will not be disappointed by their experience.  

I firmly believe that superior service is well worth paying a bit more to guarantee, and after the dry cleaning horror stories everyone doubtless has heard, why risk your clothing with a questionable establishment?  

Choose Resciniti's and you will not be disappointed.

Called "Dinas Tailoring" for a tailoring estimate over the phone, the woman was very rude and completely unwilling to help, she basically yelled at me. Called Resciniti Dry Cleaners instead and was helped immediately - they were very nice!
