Marco, from Rescue Rooter arrived on time Saturday morning to repair a leak under our kitchen sink. H did not have the necessary part on his truck so he went and got one. He came back, installed the part, repaired the leak. Good job!  Marco was professional, clean, personable. A fine young. He gets the highest grades from me.

Rescue Rooter was great. I had a sewer line that failed and they handled it with such ease and precision explaining and showing me where the many issues in the entire line were. I had them replace it and could not have been more satisfied with their professionalism at every aspect and their fees are within industry standards. If your looking for a cheap way out go elsewhere. They not only do detailed class A work the city inspector was here for less than a minute and signed off on it. 

Shout out to Marco and Vince as these two guys are superstars at this company. I would not only use them for other plumbing issues but recommend them to anyone. Any negative reviews about price are from folks who want cheap shoddy work done or expect folks to work for peanuts. 

Great company and you get an honest quote.

AVOID! These guys do not stand by their work. They broke more than they fixed, and still haven't returned to repair their damage! What should have been a simple in-and-out repair call is now a days-long fight to try to get them to come back to repair their mistake. 

Initially, my sink was clogged, but it wasn't leaking. I hired these guys in desperation because they agreed to send someone to repair same night. They did clear the drain (and the plumber was nice and friendly and professional while he was here) but they also broke the supply line to the same sink. Now, it's been 5 days and the sink is STILL leaking! They haven't been able to send someone to repair. These guys do not stand by their work. I should have left the sink clogged until I could get a responsible plumber the next day or even days later.

I am so happy I called Rescue Rooter! I was very impressed with entire service I received. For starters the dispatcher, Roxy, was very nice and helpful over the phone. She also called to let me know when a tech was on his way and who would be arriving. When Carlos showed up he was clean, professional and  greeted me with a smile. That's always nice because sometimes you can be in a crappy  mood (LOL) when you have plumbing issues.  Well, Carlos was super cool and helpful. He knows what he is doing and is very knowledgeable. I appreciated him taking the time to answer my questions and he was very efficient in fixing my plumbing problem. He didn't even make a mess! I will definitely use them again. Thank you Carlos!

I had a plugged up kitchen sink which Moses was able to snake for me.  He was prompt and courteous.  Hopefully I won't have to call them again but if I had to I would have no qualms having Moses come to my rescue
