Reseda Urgent Care has been a lifesaver for me. They have been accommodating ,and professional. I have found that Reseda Urgent Care isn't into making it a huge Hassel to get needed health care , unlike almost every other urgent care has. I do recommend Reseda Urgent Care if you have a urgent matter not an emergency .

Stay away from Reseda Urgent Care. After a 1&1/2 hr wait finally got in exam room. The lady doc came in and didn't even introduce herself. Asked no questions, didn't even ask my name to make sure l was the right patient. She just scribbled a prescription for antibiotics and without a word starts towards the door. I had 2 boils each 2inch diameter. I was in a lot of pain and l asked her for something for the pain and without turning around she says NO! loudly and leaves. She was totally rude, unprofessional and without compassion. Don't go to Reseda Urgent Care.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. IT IS DISGUSTING. Absolutely abhorrent conditions. Made me wait for 2 hours in the waiting room. Doctor that diagnosed me right off the bat with very little information to go off of and then when I requested a blood test they told me to go up to Northridge! Don't come here.

This place is small and there isn't a lot staff but it's a great Urgent Care the staff and Dr.s are very helpful and nice. I have taken my daughters there because their primary doctor never answers the phone and they never want to take them in unless we make an appointment which they always make it until next month. So far I love this Urgent Care and West Hills hospital Because unlike the northridge hospital and clinic they actually seem like they truly care about their patients.

if you want to have a prescription for Tylenol this is the place! and if you want to see your name written incorrectly this is the place! and finally if you want to waste your time and money this is the place!
