I wanted to send a quick note to compliment you and your team, especially Tom at the front desk, on providing me and my associates with a wonderful stay at your hotel last weekend.  We enjoyed the rooms, the hotel was spotless, the morning breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly (especially Tom who made us feel very welcome each day).

Great staff and great accommodations. The staff always says hello and is incredibly polite. There is a free breakfast available, however, if you have allergy restrictions be sure to bring some of your own food because selection is very limited.

Stayed here with hundreds of others fleeing Hurricane  Harvey.  Good location.  Nearby Grocery store and Paco's Tacos.  Free breakfast was just ok.  I had it 1 day, but Paco and La Madeline were worth money on other mornings.  We stayed in 2 bedroom suite. Very clean and full kitchen came in handy.

Room had a full kitchen. Bathroom was a little tight when getting in/out of shower. Grocery store is fairly close but you'll want a car to get back with groceries. Friendly staff

What a wonderful experience we had working with Robbie to set up room reservations for our out of town guests during my daughter's recent wedding.  Robbie was so enthusiastic and accommodating that we wanted to adopt him!  He made this aspect of the wedding planning joyful and fun.  All our guests who stayed there raved about the hotel.  And they are pet friendly.  I was so impressed (and relieved) that a live person answered the phone every time I called, as opposed to getting a voice recorded menu.  I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be centrally located.  Ask for Robbie if you want to book rooms for groups.  He is awesome!
