Pure bait and switch operation. I was quoted a $75 pet fee over the phone when I made my reservation and was told it was a $100 fee when we arrived.
We only stayed one night at the Casper Residence Inn, during my latest military move and the $25 difference would have influenced our decision to stay at this property, mainly because our room rate was only $93. Why would I pay more for our dog to stay in the room than my family of 4? The answer is I would not.
We arrived at roughly 8:30 pm and were greeted by a gruff receptionist, who all but called me a liar and explained that if I didn't sight the paperwork acknowledging the $100 pet fee I would be charged for the room and not allowed to check-in.  So, what choice did I have? None, especially when taking into account the time, the 6 hours we had been in the car, the fact we were traveling with two small children, and the loss of $93.
I brought the issue up with Marriott's Customer Service and was given a phone call by the Casper Residence Inn's Manager the next morning after we had checked out. She politely told me there was no way she or her staff would have agreed to or quoted a different pet rate and that I would be charged the $100.
$25 may seem minuscule but based on the Casper, Wyoming Residence Inn's decision to mislead me and treat my family with disregard, it’s enough to make me never stay at a Marriott property again.

We checked in online and all we had to do was show up and get our key. The rooms were great and the free breakfast was a nice addition with awesome variety. Would recommend.

The room was great! Everything was modern and new. Breakfast was decent. I would definitely stay here again. Oh, and the shower was awesome.

Such a FANTASTIC hotel! My family and I did a weekend away, this just so happened to be the perfect in between destination for everyone and we were thoroughly pleased. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it comfortably held 6 adults and a toddler and a dog. The place was so clean when we got there and all the features of the room were upgraded and absolutely fantastic. We spent a while in the pool, which was always clean and never overcrowded. The basketball court was a great place to be for a couple hours with a busy, adventurous toddler. But the truly great part to our stay was the staff!! They were all so friendly and so helpful. Anything we needed they were more than happy to provide and they made fantastic food for breakfast! My entire family has made the decision that in the future that is where we will meet to spend time together!! It didn't disappoint in the least!!

This hotel is relatively new as of 2017 and it is extremely comfortable. Modern taste with a fantastic bathroom. Smart tv, full size fridge dishwasher etc... this is a home away from home. Great staff and spotless rooms. Was only going to stay 2 nights but after the first I just wasn't going to the next hotel. A+
