I love staying here! Super friendly staff who always bends over backwards to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Nice hot breakfast each morning is included. Laundry and very small workout room on site. They do have agreement with local gym allowing unlimited use during your stay. This is my favorite hotel in Melbourne - it's my home away from home!

The front desk staff is friendly and courteous. The breakfast area was very well stocked, the attendant was helpful, and I enjoyed the food. There are some limitations to the services as the hotel sustained some damage. We are unable to use the hotel's gym but did receive a voucher to use a nearby fitness center. Also as a gold member, we ordinarily get an upgraded room. However, we did not as many of the rooms are unavailable because of the hurricane damage. We were not pleased about that but the king studio seems adequate. We have stayed here in past years and have enjoyed the hotel and the surrounding area. The manager's evening mixer is also a great benefit of staying here as well.

I've stayed here before and it was fantastic. Not so this time. The housekeeping staff forgot my room a few days and pretty much every day one as at the front desk asking for thijngs like soap. It seems as though everything in Melbourne is starting to go downhill. The rooms are nice though and the staff is pleasant. I do enjoy the nightly mixers and the free breakfast (it needs to start at 6am though). It is close proximity to many things in Melbourne, but not so close as to be a nightmare with traffic. I'll probably stay here again in the future, hopefully it will be better.

One of the best Residence Inns I have stayed, and I have been at many. The whole staff is top notch! They really take care of you. Rooms are updated and very nice.

Staff was friendly, room was cleaned. Couldn't access the pool, but that's more the hurricane's fault then the hotel. Breakfast was tasty. Would recommend.
