Great hotel. Great service. Staff was very nice and accommodating. We were here during Hurricane Nate. The hotel served us dinner due the 7pm curfew. We had to reserve a second night as our cruise was delayed one day. Late check out and early check in we're not a problem.

Roaches. Like the size of my fist. I don't think I have to say more but I will. My family decided to vacation down in New Orleans for a week, so we wanted a bigger hotel room with a kitchenette. When we walked into the room it was nice. Two bedrooms and a nice kitchenette with a dishwasher. But that's where the good ended. The living room chair was broken, luckily they fixed it. And then we found bugs. Huge cockroaches. And they said they would give us a 100 dollar compensation. Though they didn't. It took them 3 hours to come up to the room and check. So we had a dead cockroach just sitting on the floor. And all they did was spray the room when they eventually came. And another family that was staying there with us had it worse. They had small bugs that bit their legs. So if you like bugs then this is a good place for you.

Martha at the front desk provided excellent customer service. Room was very clean and spacious. Halls clean. Full size fridge was a plus. Sent down for extra blanket and they were at the door within 5 minutes. I will be staying here again.

Nice clean hotel. Nice rooms. Close to THE BEST Gumbo and Bread Pudding in New Orleans at Chef Ron's Gumbo Stop.

Nice renovations. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, especially to our 1 year old.
