Great hotel and location!  The staff is very generous and impeccable. The renovations are barely noticeable. Looking forward to the food truck this evening.

However I do have to edit my review from earlier.  Having experienced The Mix at a number of other Residence Inns I am quite disappointed in the spread for the evening. There is no staff assisting patrons and the alcohol is potentially available for anyone to partake!  The beer is placed in a pitcher on ice and unlabeled. The health department would have a field day with this!

I have never been more frustrated with the front desk at a hotel in my life. Rude, belligerent and had the nerve to raise his voice at my wife, waving his hands in our face. Room looks nice but totally not worth having to deal with a jerk, upset for just asking a question!!! A QUESTION?!? Certainly want that way with the guest in front of us. I'll give you one guess what was different between us and them... Plenty of just as nice hotels close by, so don't bother

The man at the front desk remembered my name, and I found that to be incredible. We checked in at 2am. When we left at 630am to head to an event, he greeted me by name as we walked out the door. The man's name is Tony, and the company should give him a solid pat on the back.

Very nice place. Recently remodeled.  Great service with a friendly staff. Dog friendly too, a plus for us!!

Great hotel!  Great staff! Although there's renovation.... It had no affect to our comfort!  Definitely coming back.
