Jessica has been amazing to work with.  She is both kind and efficient in dealing with family as well as the coroner's office.  Every interaction with Jessica and the rest of the staff has been positive and professional.  Jessica's professionalism is only exceeded by her compassion in helping me deal with the most difficult time of my life. I highly recommend both Resthaven Frederick and Jessica in particular.

My Brother was denied access to say goodbye to our Mother by Someone named Jess.  Jess was rude, and not one condolence was said to me.  I would NEVER use such a Place .  I will be calling the Governor of Maryland about changing anyone from denying access to a Parent under any circumstances in Maryland.   The Lady who answered the Phone was kinder than that Man Jess .  Shame on all of you.   I’ll get the law changed and Child deserves the right to say goodbye and shouldn’t need permission.  I thank the Priest for being a kinder individual and the Church offered to send us Mass Cards actually coming from this Funeral Home.  Jess didn’t offer anything.    Nothing !!!!!!

This place is amazing, they're very understanding and made the most difficult process for my father's passing so seamless. I love visiting and it makes me happy how well kept they keep it all year around.  I've referred other family members who also said they had a good experience.  Thank you again Resthaven for always doing your best.

Took sometime out to visit our parents and other family members for Easter. It was a beautiful day on the mountain !!

My family has done business with Rest Haven several times. The most recent being this week for my grandfather's funeral service. I cannot thank Mr. Stein and his entire staff enough for the hard work and dedication to laying my grandfather to rest respectfully. The buildings are beautiful and the grounds are also well maintained. We really enjoyed the small children's room for when the kids just needed a break and the lounge area that overlooked a pasture. Thank you again for your service to my family.

Needed plots for my parents as my mother had just passed. We met with Ron Lewis at Resthaven. He was outstanding. Easy to work with, no pressure and gave us great tips and info on the process.  He was very responsive and went out of his way to be of service. Process was seamless. Thank you Ron.
