I applied for a counseling position here and interviewed with Tom Delozier - Client Services Manager. Tom was very genuine, professional, and personable. He contacted me immediately to have interviews set up and work very hard to speed me through the interview process. Although I did not jump on board today due to personal reasons, I had a positive experience with Tom and Restland Memorial Park. I highly recommend this company based on my personal experience.

How many visits to the grave of your loved one can you stand without a headstone? how long can you visit your loved one and stare at the ground without even a temporary marker. It killed me to stand their by my children who's Mother we lost to stomach cancer; and not have even a marker. She was everything to us. It took one year and 2 months for them to put up a temporary marker. It's been 4 months since I paid for the permanant, and can't even get a call back. This place doesn't care. $42,000 dollars is not enough for them to call you back and let you know what the status of your headstone is, they don't care that you visit there without some kind of marker while family members and freinds mourn. Terrible, shameful.

In the hardest time of my life they were there for everything. They made this so nice, easy and so personal, it really was amazing. Jennifer is the best one to work with. She was amazing during the whole thing. Everything was so worth the money. I would have changed anything. Thank you Jennifer and Restland so much.

I placed my deceased husbands wedding ring between his hands and the funeral director John Bokas and my friend were the only ones aware of this. Before his casket was closed I felt for his ring and it was missing. I notified Mr. Bokas immediately, he said he felt around to make sure it hadn't fallen to the side and then simply told me "It is missing". This egregious theft is now in the hands of the Dallas police and Karma.
