Passionate bunch of folks who really care about what they're doing. I dealt mainly with Jamie and Dustin for my shoulder that had bothered me for a year and a half. Luckily my doctor sent me here because he said his patients had good results from them, no pun intended. "Good results" is putting it mildly. I'd say amazing results.

I finally feel like I'm headed in the right direction. After 10 + years of shoulder pain, and 4 shoulder surgeries, I now know what the majority of my issue is. I know how to correct the issue so I can lessen the amount of pain I'm in and still lead an active life! The staff is excellent and did a fantastic job of explaining to me what the heck my shoulder was doing and how to correct it! Nathaniel and Megan are wonderful! The whole staff is legit and I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else. I've been everywhere else, got a t-shirt and I still didn't progress as well as I have here! So thanks!

I came in for a neck injury where I tweaked my neck to a point I couldn't look up, down, or to either side. I couldn't sleep, bend, sit, stand without excruciating pain. I called and got an appointment setup same-day with Eric. By the end of my first appointment I had most my motion back and most importantly learned why it happened and what to do at home to keep getting better. By my next appointment just two days later I was just about 100%. I had also had chronic shoulder pain for the last five years which I had brought up. That became the main focus for the remainder of my appointments. I was greatly involved in my care plan and continually asked what my goals were and how we were doing on reaching them. I learned what was causing my pain and was given the education I needed to fix it in the clinic, at home, and during my everyday tasks. After only three appointments working on my shoulder my years and years of pain was nearly gone and by the end of my fifth it was completely. Now when I start to feel the pain again I know exactly why, and can quickly correct it. I had gone to physical therapy somewhere else many years before, and Results was a completely different experience. My therapist talked to me most of my appointment, EVERY appointment. I never left without everyone making sure all my questions were answered and I was comfortable with my progress. Unlike my past PT experience, I WANTED to come to my appointments, and was actually sad to graduate! I appreciate Eric, and the whole team at Cool Springs for everything. *knock on wood* should anything ever happen again I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Best PT I've ever experienced. The therapist go above and beyond the call of duty and I feel as though they really care about me and my health. I highly recommend Megan and couldn't ask for better care.
