The reason for this review is because of lack of medical professionalism. Had a few appointments and had to wait close to an hour for all five visits. While waiting I had the chance to observe a few things that need to be addressed. First, most of staff ignors you and walks by you mulitple times not doing anything but walking around. Second the gossiping needs to stop. The redhead gay guy and the big girl receptionist are always making comments about people after they leave. They role their eyes and make remarks. Some remarks I couldn't catch a few I could. One remark was that a heavy set lady need to lose weight. Another was an old man they had helped with bike excercises needed to take a shower. They started wispering after he left saying that he needed a shower. He might have needed a shower but that's his business not theirs. Finanally the best of all. The complete lack of bedside manner and customer service. When a person hurts for what ever reason they need to be respected. The staff acts as if you are a baby or some sort of burden when you start showing signs of discomfort and pain. I watched as a woman with what seemed to be a hip issue complain about how her hip was hurting worst from the particular excercise they were doing and she indicated multiple times she wanted to do a different excercise. So what does the therapist  do well he continues and couldn't care less. Instead the gay redhead starts rolling his eyes and making guestures to another therapist indicating his discust with his patient. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone. It's 2018 and people still for some reason think it's ok to be sub par in their professions. If you don't believe me just schedule an appointment and will see everything I just described. Intil a change of staff happens this facility will continue to run like a fifth grade socail club.
