I called 3 days ahead of time to get my eyebrows waxed and assured she would let the ladies know. I get here and it is going to be 45 minutes before she can get to me. WHAT?!?!

Had a satisfactory experience. Niki was my hairdresser and did an amazing job. She took me from a natural black to a cool ash grey, and for my first time going this color, it looks awesome! I definitely recommend them!
