I rented a resort and received a contract.  I was in continuous contact with Jennifer, one of the agents there.  After 5 months of planning and 24 airline tickets purchased I called them to ask for an additional day I find out that they have booked my resort to someone else!!!   How can this be?  I ha e a contract?  I was told the good news is we found you another house and no need to worry they will absorb the additional cost.  The replaced house only slept 22 when we were 24 people.  The pool and backyard were half the size and the decor was terrible.  To top it off what cost were they absorbing? This new house was $2,000 less expensive.   After days of searching every sight to find a new house we find "our house" on VRBO with the same dates available for $4,000 more.  I call management at VRBO and they confirm that as of that morning the owner indeed updated the availability.   I called management and they just hung up on me.   PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM REUNION VACATION HOMES

Horrible, The "luxury home" we rented was infested with bugs, it was filthy, and in need of a lot of maintenance. The plumbing was backed up,  garbage disposal had a short, chipping paint and dirty walls everywhere, rotting baseboards from water leaking out of shower, broken window trims, did not make for a great vacation. I wouldn't live in those conditions, vacationing in them was miserable. The last day finally they called a pest guy out, he pulled out the dishwasher and stove and found nests of german cockroaches! Management never followed back up with us.  Will never book through them ever again.

Beautiful vacation homes.  Was a Private Chef in a few of the homes and they all have really nice kitchens.

We stayed at 7429 Excitement Drive in Reunion and loved the house. We rented the home from Magical Vacation Homes and it was just as described. The pool was awesome and we backed up to the golf course, so it had an amazing view from the master bed balcony. I would highly recommend reunion resort and vacation homes. It is a large property so you might have to drive for some time to get from the main entrance to the your house. It was about a 7 minute drive to the house we rented because they did not allow us to use the gates for residents. The water park at reunion was really fun and worth the admission. We did not golf on any of the courses.
