Friends were at Topper's eating something called pizza, and I couldn't handle their lack of culinary discretion, so I stopped in at Revel next door.  I celebrate Milwaukee's diversity.  Revel was evidently popular with Milwaukee's African-American population.  The bar brought back memories of my high school days in NYC, and I loved the music.  While he asked for my identification, the bouncer joked with me, saw I was more than five decades over the drinking age, and told me to put the ID away, and he helped me order a drink. Everyone was warm, and several people even complimented me on my fedora.  I only had one drink because my friends were afraid to come in.  That's Milwaukee's problem.  Fear prevents us from getting along. I accept and appreciate diversity, color, and ethnic heritage.  That's America, people.  We are all different.  Enjoy the mosaic.

The DJ was amazing, so was his vibe. The bartender’s was also great… BUT the “bouncers” … unacceptable. As a woman, who spent over $100 dollars… the way they rushed me into leaving while using their bathroom facilities… completely unacceptable and disgusting. I Would NEVER patronize their bar again. And I recommend that no one else does. If you’re going to spend your hard earned money to patronize someone’s bar… the least they can do is let you use the bathroom.

Went for an after dinner drink and it was a pleasant experience. The bar wasn’t that full but h the music was really good. They had a DJ playing 90’s hip hop. The service was very friendly and prompt. It was the perfect way to end out night. Just a nice chill vibe having a couple drinks listening to good music.  Parking: Parking around Kinnickinnic Avenue is pretty hard to begin with so finding a parking spot at 9pm consisted of driving around the block a few times to find a spot.

Cool Spot For Cool Kats, Drinks and Hookahs Are Pricey But The Atmosphere Is Perfect For The 30 and Up Crowd. Grown Folks Vibes Only  Service: 3/5

The dj was great and so were the specials. Lots of flavors to choose from for hookah.

I walked into some small bar in Bay View Wisconsin called Revel Bar. It was nothing but the best service, and on top of that the customer service was outstanding will bring all my clientele there!!!Food: 5/5

It was cool. I went on a Thursday night. It wasn’t super packed. We played some games. Had some drinks. The music was great and a good variety. I had a decent time.  I would like to see what a weekend night is like. I’ll update when i do.
