My name is actually Michael Mancini. I'm using a friend's account to post this. My daughter, her boyfriend, and I were involved in a minor accident with our rental car. Sergeant Lynn Romboli and another officer whose name I didn't get responded. We are from out of state and were feeling a bit lost having an accident during our first half hour in Massachusetts. Sergeant Romboli represents the very best in policing. She was very kind, professional, patient, and helpful to my daughter and our family.

To many officers on duty with no where to go. I have visited this place 4x ea time the where sitting around talking as I stood there several minutes with no one asking to assist me. Funny how ea time they referred me to a different precinct. They want no accountability.

I parked my car on Shirley Ave seeing the notice that it has to be moved before 9AM. I came at 8AM on Feb 2nd, and see there is no car. My car was towed, and unfortunately I left my phone in the car. So I had to call the Revere Police from my computer (since I didn't have my phone) and walked all the way to this police station in blizzard thinking that I will have an explanation for towing my car without any notice. Instead the police officer was rough with me in the station initially and refused to give me any explanation saying "call Menino". Then when I kept asking why my car was towed, and how do you expect me to walk to this station in this blizzard to just pick up the dispatch token, and then go to the towing company (45 min walk since there was no cab in blizzard), and pay for the towing, and finally take my car back, he calmed down, and answered yes there was no notice and it was towed because of the snow storm. He then asked me to contact City Hall to get the fee waived adding they may or may not waive the fee. He tried calling some cab for me, but there was no cab outside because of the snow storm. I asked if someone from the police station can drop me off, and he checked if the lieutenant can drop off, and came back with the answer "Dropping off someone is not in the protocol". I wanted to ask if towing someone's car without notice, and harass him by making him walk in the snow and pay for the towing was in the protocol? But I didn't only not to harass them anymore.
