MASSAGE:
LAVA ROCK MASSAGE
Stone massage is a specialty massage that uses smooth, heated stones; a black volcanic rock that absorbs and retains heat well. It is deeply soothing, relaxing form of massage. The heat helps: tight muscles release allowing the therapist to apply deeper pressure, improves circulation, and calms the nervous system. The stones are placed at points that are thought to be energy centers of the body to rebalance the body and mind and improve the flow of energy in your body.
SWEDISH MASSAGE
Utilizing relaxing, gentle strokes, this classic Swedish massage will increase circulation, soothe tired muscles, and induce an overall sense of relaxation.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Used to release chronic patterns of muscular tension, this massage uses slow strokes, direct pressure, or friction usually o a focused problem area. The movements are directed across the grain of the muscles (cross-fiber). This is applied with greater pressure and at deeper layers of the muscle than the Swedish Massage.
HEAD NECK SHOULDER MASSAGE
Relieve headaches, eyestrain and neck pain with deep massage techniques.
SPORTS MASSAGE
Sports massage is a form of bodywork generally geared toward participants in athletics. It is used to help prevent injuries, to prepare the body for athletic activity and maintain it in optimal condition, and to help athletes recover from workouts and wll expedite the healing process when injuries unfortunately occur.

NAIL TREATMENTS:
CLASSIC MANICURE/PEDICURE
All classic nail treatments include exfoliation treatment and lotion application. Finishing with nail, cuticle care and nail polish application. Includes hand or foot exfoliating treatment with extended massage. Classic OPI polish application.
EUROPEAN MANICURE/PEDICURE
All steps of a classic service, and an additional scrub, mud, cucumber hell treatment, and paraffin wax treatment. All European services also include SHELLAC (power polish) nail application.
A LA CARTE
A la carte services include french tip, or nail decals
MINI SERVICES
Mini mani and pedi services available for children under 12. No cuticle pushing.
PARAFFIN TREATMENT
Paraffin wax increases circulation, helps open pores, improves skin color, soothes and moisturizes your skin on hands, feet or face.

HAIR REMOVAL:
Waxing is an effective way of removing large amounts of hair at a time, waxing is a long-lasting hair remove technique. Hair will not grow back for two to eight weeks. The amount of re-growth hair will be permanently reduced.
