First time there today, and I got a perm! I worked with Kathy, and she was just wonderful. Kathy was friendly, genuine, and explained what she was doing the whole time. Overall great experience! Thank you!

Update: I had gone in for a perm which I have been getting on/off for past 15years and my hair always takes great. The next day, my hair was mostly straight (strange since I had mostly curly hair prior to this perm) but I waited 3 days washed my hair, and it looks like I tried a home relaxer on my hair and not professional perm (grandmas words at thanksgiving 😕)- straight now mostly but a bit fuzzy and not curly at all. 

Due to holiday, I waited to call a few days since was out of town and couldn’t go in. When I did call I was told I’d receive a call back to see what could be done. No call back received. 

So initially I left thinking I’d found a great stylist- now upset I wasted my money and she didn’t care enough to call me back to see if I could salvage my hair style at all.

This is not the salon I go to on a regular basis, but when my regular salon cancelled my brow wax, Revive got me in right away. I was so pleased. The wax was good, and I'd use them in a pinch again.

I have been seeing Kelly at Revive for 2 years now and I've basically told her if I ever move, she's coming, too! She does such an amazing job on my hair. She takes time to understand the look you're going for, and makes sure you're happy with the results. I have referred several friends to her, and everyone has been happy! So, if you're looking for someone in the Apple Valley area, please check out Revive Salon!

Very disappointed.... This is my favorite place to get a massage and have tried to get in multiple times in the last month, however they are down to only one massage therapist who works just a couple days a week, making it not possible to get in on my days off.   Sad they are losing my business over not being available.

I got a horrible uneven hair cut and when I went in to have it fixed they made it much worse. When I called again no one called me back and their only response when I tried to leave Facebook feedback was sorry come again. My hair was so short there was nothing I could do. It was just before a wedding and I had told them that as it was cut. I only wanted the layers taken up and they chopped so much off it was drastic. They never offered any form of refund and were annoyed that I was upset and had any feedback despite being polite about it. I shared pictures I took before and after while at the salon to demonstrate how bad the cut was and they still ordered only a weak apology.
