Had a terrible experience. Food was bad. Waiter was good, attentive, and tried his best. Not his fault the establishment is terrible. After the dinner it was time to bowl. We go to our lane which is filthy. They don't bus the tables at the bowling lanes between parties. Music was too loud. We had to scream to hear each other. 2 in our party last their voice. Couldn't even get a cup of water at bowling lane. Bar tender was annoyed with me asking for water, but waitress never got it for us. When I said something to the bartender she told me "just try and deal with it cause we have a lot of new staff" for the price of the evening this answer was unacceptable. Get it together and this place could be awesome. Currently not awesome. Take your hard earned money to a better establishment.

My kids went with an organized group with a set price for a package. 
Upon arrival the manager wanted more and did not honor previous agreement. We will not be returning and referring all our group events to Frank theater cinebowl.

It is an absolute shame that this place can't get it's act together.  Great concept, great venue and location, but the way they handle appointments, booking, and you risk waiting for SEVERAL hours is just insane.  Haphazardly run.  I've booked and had a private party and it was a blast.  Then there's the time I courageously purchased a groupon...waited four hours to bowl and it was a disaster.  Then today...well over a year later I decide to try and see if I can overspend on a VIP lane.  The clerk said "There's lanes open, but you can't reserve under three days notice and I can't guarantee anything."  WHY can't they reserve for a customer willing to spend an absurd amount of money for bowling and chicken tenders?  So knowing what the wait has the potential of being....FOUR HOURS I have to just scrape my shoe and never think of this place again.  As I stated as the first sentence...it's a shame, because this place has the potential to be something great.  The manager or owner is just a fool and needs to take some courses in how to run an establishment.  They can't stay open forever preying on the inexperienced consumer.  Eventually they'll be known far and wide as being the place that coulda, woulda, shoulda.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! Horrible place to go. Employees are very disrespectful the servers dont care and never come to your group to take your order. Had to ask a manager 3 times if we could get a server over to our group. When a server finally did show up she was annoyed at the fact we had a party of 13 people. After about half an hour of waiting we finally got our drinks if you could call them that meaning the bar tender sucked all the drinks were watered down. Told the server about it she said she didnt make the drinks so she couldnt do anything about it. We order our food and thats when the real fun began. It took her 35 min to actually come back to take the order let alone get it right. Finally after what seemed like an eternity we got our food or at least some of us. 6 out of the 13 orders were right everything else was wrong. Told the server i wanted to speak with the manager she got all defensive asking why we wanted the manager so i told here we wanted to inform him that half of our food was wrong. The manager comes over we explain to him the problem he has the server take the wrong stuff back to the kitchen and get the correct things. Not a big deal until we get the bill not only did they charge us for the 13 orders but they also charged us for the 7 orders that were wrong we ask to see the manager again and find out whats going on, he proceeds to tell us that he has to charge us for the wrong meals because they were brought out to the table. I told him were not paying for something we didnt order and he needed to remove it from the bill he refused to remove the 7 wrong orders and threatned to call the cops on us if we wouldnt pay. So the cops show up we explain the situation to him and everything that happened he informed the manager that he couldnt charge us for stuff we didnt order or want. The manager finally took off the orders and we paid the bill. We were so disgusted with the service or lack thrir of we didnt leave a tip. Well i guess the server told the manager about that and he stops us at the door and asks why we didint tip we clearly explained that we didnt enjoy our night the service was horrible and he himself tried to rip us off by charging us for meals we never ordered his respons was " well if you cant afford to tip our staff than maybe cityplacr is out of your price range" needless to say we will never be going back to this place again and we have filed a complaint with the bbb.

Constant hovering from employees and constant lane problems, cannot recommend you come here. Had one lane break 3 times in one visit. Asked to get more time to make up for the time lost in maintenance and they gave us enough to bowl another quarter of a game.
