Awful experience.....treated poorly.....went in for a ten dollar battery and came out with a cracked 2500 broken Michele watch. They refused to fix it and made me feel it was my fault when they yelled at me.....worst customer service ever!!!! Rude, incompetent and awful....I would never go there ever again!!!!!!

This place is owned by the rudest shop-owners that I have every come across. The goal is to be least helpful and extract the most money possible from a customer. There is no sense of courtesy, customer loyalty, or respect for humans in general. I would NOT go to this place, it is not worthy of business from anyone whatsoever!
