Established in 1886 Reyers has been selling shoes in downtown Sharon, PA for more than a century, and has grown to become the World's Largest Shoe Store. Today Reyers carries over 100,000 pairs of shoes in stock from over 300 designer and name brands for men, women, and children.

This store is top notch when it comes to their employees!  I stopped in to see about some good quality shoes for my plantar fasciitis. A well dressed salesman warmly greeted us when we walked in the door. I was impressed by the welcoming layout of the store... Well lit, very clean, open areas for browsing.  He asked if he could help us. As soon as I told him what we were looking for, he said my doctor's name and walked with us to the correct area. I was measured and promptly fitted with a quality pair of shoes. He adjusted the choice of shoe (due to my wide width) and made sure the shoes not only fit correctly, but were comfortable on y feet. He was not in a hurry, but he certainly knows his shoes! I highly recommend Reyers Shoe Store for quality shoes and great customer service.

Nice shoes... but super over priced. I went in looking for cheap non slips and the lady was extremely pushy, bringing me $200 shoes repeatedly when I had clearly stated I was looking for something inexpensive. She would not bring me any wide shoes that I asked for because they didn’t have any in the size I wear in the brands she wanted to sell me, but I NEED wide shoes. Never going back there—I ordered Sketchers for Work online and I love them!!!

The employee in the Rack room was very rude. She did not want to get me any of the Left shoes that I needed. I had to try the right shoe first. Unfortunately I have 2 different size feet from having multiple surgeries. I have never had anyone like this before. I have also never walked out without shoes before. Usually I spend around $300 per visit because I wear narrows and they are hard to find.

I went to the store with my 80 year old mother who is very difficult to find shoes for due to her wide foot. I have tried to order shoes for her on-line for her since she has a hard time walking in to a store.  She was pleased with the patience of the woman helping us.  I chose this store because of the reputation of having a large variety of shoes and thought they would carry a wide shoe.  They had to special order it; they hardly had any wide shoes for her in the store.  After over a month my mother still does not have any shoes!!! When I called and talked to the special order person he was rude and short; blamed it on the shoe company and back order and hung up the phone.  I called back to talk to manager and not much better customer service.  It's a shame that businesses don't know how to respectfully speak to customers.  This is why so many small shops are closing and people are ordering everything on-line.  ( I was able to order the same shoe on-line with that specific brand of shoe and it said it should get here in a week) I would not recommend this overpriced and disrespectful store.

Large selection of brand named shoes and purses at exorbitant prices. I have a wide foot and couldn't find a single pair that fit me. I stopped here several times but was never even acknowledged by a sales person. Sorry, but this is not how I expect to be treated and would NEVER return. If you wear an average size shoe you may find some bargains in the back room with a variety of styles and assorted sizes. Give them a try, you may be alot luckier than I was. I do see sales!
