Too much paperwork and not enough results. "Ice and stretch" seem to be a recurring theme here. Constant problems with getting treatment approved and everyone in the process pits their own input into treatment between doctor and nurses and pharmacist.

I practically took a nap and woke up at the acute care clinic and a provider ia yet to see me.  I vpuld have died 1 hr ago and not even someone checking up on u

I went to the doctor today she order me four med. In witch I got to the pharmacy and they said I had two and I could get the other on sat. So I went back to the doctors office and ask the front desk and ask them to ask the doctor why I had to wait on my cough meds . and the front desk said that what she wrote didn't even ask the doctor if that was a mistake. So when I got home I called and they pit me on hold for a hour and a half and Findley hung up . I think you need to get help teaching people how to do there job . so now I have to wait five days of coughing and cait sleep . not happy .

The Doctors and nurses are very helpful and professional. Most of the desk clerks at the specialty clinics are helpful, but some of them are rude and don't seem to care about the patients. The reason why I only gave 2 stars is because of those few bad apples have literally ruined my experience here. I have been stationed at 3 different military posts, and this is by far the worst my family has ever been treated. I would understand if there is only one bad or rude desk clerk, but it seems like almost all of the specialty clinics (radiology for example) have a rude clerk there. Are they there to help us, or are they just there to get paid and do minimal work? Isn't this a hospital?
