RFC Contracting also uses the best and latest technology to aid in our work including our newest Camera Machine, which saves time in diagnosing problems.

The owner of this company will not give you the best service. Instead he will complain about the job he has to complete and talk about the customer behind their back. He will not give you a reasonable rate after he sees what you may be able to pay. I urge everyone to find a better company.

I have used RFC both at my business and personally at my home. They were there quickly, fixed whatever problems I had and they were fairly priced. The owner and workers were professional and prompt. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Charged high amount stating that it was because there were 2 gentlemen here for almost 6 hours A. They arrived at 10:10am and left shortly after 2pm (4 hours). During this time they left at 11am. 1 of them I over heard them saying they left to get something, the other gentlemen left both returning around 12pm. They returned again to have 1 of them have to leave to get a hammer/sledge hammer, this took over 30 minutes while the other sat in my bathroom doing nothing but hammer on a pipe twice. I offered the gentleman both a hammer and a sledge hammer but they said no and went “off site” to get it. Not close even close to 4 hours of work! Let alone 6 that I was charged for. B. They entered my home without introducing themselves. They did not remove shoes, put shoe protectors on, or anything down to protect my carpeted stairs from there muddy footwear. C. They left garbage in the hole where they replaced the pipe, left piping on my wood floors, and left their coffee cup on my brand new bathroom counter. D. They did not confirm that there were no further leaks, as there was wetness at a joint that I ended up having to repair. E. They left my home without notifying me or reviewing what they did. I highly recommend that you have your staff trained in some type of etiquette. Making sure they have appropriate tools with them and having a signature system with the customer of time worked.

I called to see if I could get service extremely rude from the initial contact. Beware no customer service skills.
