I absolutely love this place. I got my braces here about 3 years ago and every visit the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. My son used to go with a different dentist due to his insurance and as soon as I added him onto my insurance I made sure to switch him here. Now we both do all our follow-ups here. I couldn't be happier.

Dr rocky salinas fixed my tooth by finishing his work creating a crown then 6 months later the had a pin size cavity under the crown causing excrushiating pain on my molar after visiting the office on 23 in Mcallen he explained it was sure to happen ..what 1700.00 and thats supoose to happen big mistake while walking out the receptionist said it was ok no charge.. redo she (SYVIA) SAID 1 month later they put it in the credit beurau. i have since the broken the crown in 1/2 since he drilled through it to kill the root again causing the crown to go weak i would hate to go back to fix that who knows what this facility is up to but they need a lawsuit

I can't recommend this practice highly enough. The entire office staff is very welcoming and supportive, lovely all around, professional, yet so warm like family.  This dental office makes going to the dentist very stress free and I always look forward to my next dental appt. unlike any doctors office you will receive VIP treatment.   RGV Smiles will provide you with comfort warm blanket, lavender scented neck pillow, lip balm and glasses.
 Yvonne Tovar is my hygienist and she is AMAZING, super personable and always a pleasure to spend a quick 30 minutes with! She is gentle and thorough with her cleanings. Dr. Rocky Salinas is my dentist and he is also great, with a wonderful "bedside manner" and patient.  Also on the way out you will be greeted by Sylvia, Office Manager she has a great way with patients along with your next appointment she will give you some of her delicious homemade cookies to go.  Look up “excellence” in the dictionary and you will find a picture of RGV Smiles Staff.  I HIGHLY recommend this office.

RGV Smiles only has one day that they can see patients past 5pm. I work full-time (7am to 5pm) and when I needed to reschedule my cleaning, they told met that I wouldn't be able to be put on their schedule until mid-January. I called in early November and I am referring to the RGV Smiles in Pharr. Looks like I'll just find another dentist that has convenient hours for me.
