PG&E turned off my gas after a leak was detected. I needed my leak fixed fast. After Bell Plumbing tried to grossly rip me off, quoting me $1800 to replace a 3 inch piece of pipe in my gas line, I called Fast Response. They arrived on time and quickly were able to tell me they could fix it, and what would be the cost. Mario proceeded to complete the job and it passed the pressure test. It cost only $250 for the entire job, and it was completed quickly. Unlike some plumbers, Fast Response didn't take advantage of the fact that I desperately needed the repair, but instead just did their job. I know who I'll be calling next time I need a plumber, that's for sure!

My late husband & I had a toilet installed maybe 2 years ago and it went beautifully, quickly and with a senior discount. Yesterday, I had to have my ENTIRE house re-plumbed (long overdue) and I just can't say enough WONDERFUL things about Tim (Sr.), his son Tim (Jr.), and the other sweet gentleman (the "other Tim"...lol)! They worked tirelessly in the horrible heat (over 90 degrees in Ventura!), missed their lunch to get it done, and were so personable and gracious. I am honored to have had them do the work as they are Honest, and Hard-working, not to mention Reasonable in Price! THANK YOU Gentlemen, I'm telling Everyone to give you a call with any plumbing challenges :) With ABUNDANT Appreciation!

I had a very bad experience with this company. I really want to warn other customers to AVOID this business as they cannot do the job properly and they cheat exaggerating the problem to charge more. They increased the quote when arrived without a good reason. I asked to give a quote to unblock a toilet so it was strange when they came and said that unblock a toilet costs more. I had nothing to do but accept new price. They had no camera to investigate the problem. The toilet got blocked again straight after they left. I called them and they promised to come back later but didn't and kept saying excuses during 6 weeks long. Finally they said that I have to pay again just for investigation and then $2000-$5000 for fixing because they are going to replace the whole pipe. Also they spoke with me and my tenants very rude and requested to pay upfront. I called another plumber who inspected the whole pipe from the street to the toilet with a camera and showed me that the pipe is perfectly fine. The real issue was a small plastic bottle stuck near the toilet. This was easily fixed and the toilet works now. When I called them and politely asked for a refund as they could not fix a simple blockage and I have to pay another plumber to do the job Adam and another guy working for him was yelling at me and talked very rude.
