Rhino Rooter Rocks!  Everyone you come in contact with is super friendly from the person that schedules your appointment to the technicians that arrive at your house.  I like to ask a lot of questions, and the techs are happy to explain everything thoroughly.  Even though I had a backed-up sewer line, I had a smile on my face the whole time because Rhino Rooter makes you feel great!  The prices are very competitive as well!  So if you need plumbing work, there's no point in looking for anyone else!  Thank you Neeshan and Bo.

We had a clogged toilet that was leaking.  I called Rhino Rooter and several other companies as well.   Rhino Rooter was able to send out Nishan and Bo and they fixed the problem the same day.  They were extremely professional and thorough.  The company called after just to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend them.

Very professional. Nishan was great. He also pointed out other issues I was not aware of. Very detailed, even calked around the toilet like a PRO!

We were visiting from out of town our friend's house in Boca Raton (she was also out of town at the time) and all the drains started gurgling ominously and the shower drain started backing up on day-2. Plunging, snaking, Drano-ing did no good. We determined the obstruction was way out by the road. We had to leave for 2 days to visit friends in Naples with one day left on our visit once we got back to BR. Desperate, we googled and found Rhino-Rooter. Nishan, the owner answered on ring one. We explained the situation and our tight time constraints and he scheduled a visit on the morning of our last day. He also coordinated with the house's owner in Baltimore. We were given a window of arrival of 9-11. We then left for Naples. On the last morning, we drove back from Naples and Nishan and Bo arrived at 8:50am. They donned boot covers and got to work. They quickly had the toilet removed, the pipe snaked, then scoped it with a camera revealing no serious damage, just multiple years of buildup in an iron pipe. In and out in two hours... easy peasy. Stunningly good communications... they knew we had to drive cross-state to meet us and their office called while we were on the road to verify arrival times. Nishan and Bo were very professional, courteous and *very* calming with our friend, who was sort of panicking at long distance from Baltimore.  Can't say enough good things about Rhino Rooter... Nishan and his team are the best of the best.

Bo came out to fix a drain issue we could not fix ourselves and was fantastic. Super nice and honest.
Hopefully we will not need them again; however, if we do, Rhino will be my first call for any plumbing issues.
