Awful sales tactics and total disregard of your time. You get a 2 hour spiel about how "AMAZING" the company is. I don't care how many awards you've won, or how long you have been in business. It won't persuade me into spending $13,000  on 11 basic windows. The salesmen will literally continue to think of other "amazing" facts about the company or window as you're trying to get them out.

WARNING ! WARNING!WARNING!

 Rhode Island home-improvement company in Warwick Rhode Island is a terrible company with pathetic customer service!  
  Contracted a bathroom job with them 1 week before Christmas, it’s now March 6th, they requested 1/2 payment ($7,000.00) of job, before ordering materials. Contractor told us he would be here today. Call to find out what’s going on? He told us he said he would be here next week. !!!!     Told us WE misunderstood him. So Ridiculous , and no one held accountable☹️😡👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

WATCH OUT CONSUMERS.  !!!

Call and investigate this company before signing anything with THEM.

On the Friday night before MLK Holiday I met with a sales person. After a weekend of thought research and discussion with Owens Corning, I decided to engage RIHI to remove and replace my roof. The end result was fabulous. The team was incredible from sales, to financing, to scheduling to installing and cleaning-up the job.The co-owner Anthony met with me in the end to wrap up after the install. My reason for selecting them was superior combined product/roofing system, the life time transferable warranty, certification  by the manufacturer, exceeding manufacturer minimum requirements. In the end the install was done in 1.5 days, starting on Presidents’ Day holiday. The Architectural roof looked incredible. The team as a whole operated like a fine oiled machine. Not only does RIHI exceed Owens Corning standards in some instances they participate in setting them, Yes you can get a less expensive roof but I feel the quality is worth it...highly recommend,

We had Mike Jr and his associate came in for an estimate on our kitchen cabinets. I was quite impressed the way they took the time to explain every detail to us and listen to our concerns .They were very professional and I find them to be transparent the way they go about their business .Everyone looking to do home improvement should always give  RIHI  a chance before they say yes.

Our roof was a total mess! We needed to fix it fast and properly. After searching everywhere we found RI Home Improvement.  When we contacted RI Home Improvement, Anthony gave us a call right back and scheduled a time to come out and look at our roof.  He showed up right on time and took a look at our roof and broke down what was going to be needed to be done.  Anthony asked if he could come by the next day with samples of shingles, which he did promptly.  Not only was Anthony compassionate to our needs but he was honest and incredibly thorough.  He explained every single aspect of what was going to be done.  The shingles and other materials were ordered and arrived quickly.  We scheduled a convenient time for us to start the work.  Anthony and his amazing crew arrived and began their work.  The entire crew was truly professional and efficient.  We have a rather large roof and they completed the roof within a couple of days.  Before everything was considered done, Anthony came by again to check and make sure everything was done to total completion and to our satisfaction.  The roof looks better than we could possibly imagined!   Thank you agin RI Home Improvement!  We will definitely be using them again.
