I would give them ZERO stars! Rude isn't even the word for it. Just know you don't need to go through them to get a 1st time home owners loan. You're better off with your bank or credit union. I regret ever doing business with them.

Worts Finational Institution in Rhode Island. Dont even get me started with this place. This Fking place and there fking unprofessional personnel fking suck! Aside from 1 (uno) ONLY ONE PERSON. -Lose Documents all the time -Dont call you or communicate you about important things until its already too late to do anything about it. -If god forbid ONE payment is late or bounced or whatever they already assumed the worst and want to give you attitude and a hard time with your loan, not knowing the person condition(s) or why things Happened even if you have more then enough money to pay the MFkers there stupid payments for 12 months in advance. -I just Hate this mthr fker place. 😡🤬🤬🤯🖕🏾

Awful waste of time. Please save your time and money and go elsewhere, there really are better options. I just wish I knew about them before trying with RIH.

Never follow through. Internal departs dont communicate well with eachother. Everyone who answers the phone has a chip on their shoulder. So sad.

The mortgage Coordinator the did mine is a GREAT PERSON, for real, she really worked hard to get me my first home, Thank you Sandra, but aside from her and maybe a couple more people, this place has had to have the more inexperience, don't-have-a-clue, make-every-thing-complicated crew working for them. Aaahh!!. Its ALWAYS some sort of problem or run-around, when I call. I have to pray before I call, that they will get it right. JESUS!!!!
