At first I thought RI Uniforms was a customer friendly place, but I ended up waiting over 2 weeks for pants that were supposed to come in a week, and then ended up being the wrong size. When I returned them the clerk said she ordered the next size up for me without me knowing because the size I wanted was on backorder and would take a few months to come in. I returned the pants and she said she would hem them for me but it would take 2 days. Horrible customer service because they lied to me just to get some extra business. Never going back there again.
