Rhonda and her staff have always been so helpful when I have an issue or question about my policy. It is a friendly environment and they always offer me something to drink when I go into the office. I would recommend this State Farm agent to anyone.

Altered my policy history, added claims for just calling about coverage, & even changed no fault to at fault, refunded SFPP payments & said they weren't paid, called at night asking about my personal life, & never once had adjuster call or ensure body shop put TPMS back on (i had to pay for repair because repair guarantee is not something State Farm honors). Years later wondering why im paying double/surcharges, find out what her office did to policy & no agent can fix policy inaccuracies. Almost 10 yrs of loyalty & ON TIME payments. I see why you're ranked 4th worst insurance in America, thanks for screwing us.

Rhonda was very responsive and helpful in getting my homeowner and auto quotes. She helped me understand the variety of coverages available and what would work best for me. Her office staff was friendly and welcoming and as a "newbie" to the often times confusing world of insurance, I felt confident that I was in good hands with an agent I could trust.
