For over twenty years, our firm has represented Condominium and Homeowner Associations in Dade, Broward, & Palm Beach. We have the experience and expertise necessary to represent your Association in all aspects facing your association including collection of maintenance and special assessment, amendment and enforcement of Association Declaration and covenants, election monitoring, educational seminars and litigation of Association matters. Many of our Association clients are currently experiencing a positive financial budget due to our knowledge and efforts. By following a tried and true approach to all types of association disputes, we have the ability to swiftly reach successful conclusions.

Mission

Rhonda Hollander, our founder, began litigating in 1990. Ms. Hollander developed, implemented, and managed divisions within law firms that specialized in all aspects of the association lifecycle. Ms. Hollander started the firm in 1994 because she believed she could improve results and service her clients better by “personally” representing them. This approach worked and her success proved itself as the client list grew.
