Shelby was very pleasant and knowledgeable on the phone and was able to get me an appointment as quickly as possible.  Mike performed my furnace checkup in his usual excellent way and was very courteous.  He has done this for us before and is always very thorough at his job.  We have used Rhymes since 2010 and will continue to use Rhymes Heating and Cooling.  Good Job! Keep up the great work!

I called on Thursday afternoon, and even though I was a new customer, Mike was here Friday at 11:30. He found the problem right away and fixed it in no time. He explained the repair to me, patiently answered my questions, and told me what might be needed in the future. I'm so happy I called Rhymes! Maureen Connolly

Called early morning and spoke with Darren. He was incredibly helpful and gave me all the information I needed! Scheduled Adam to come out and he was at my door in a little over an hour. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. These guys are fantastic with great customer service. I was not an existing customer when I called, but they will be my HVAC team from now on! Thank you Rhymes!

Rhymes heating and cooling is a top-notch trustworthy, and dependable company with friendly and courteous employees you can trust. 

Being that over my lifetime, I have dealt with many so-called professional businesses, and contractors that were absolutely unprofessional, who did shoddy workmanship, and whose employees have been downright disrespectful and rude, I feel obliged to take time out of my busy schedule to commend Rhymes Heating and Cooling for their top-notch service. The entire process of replacing an entire heating and cooling system was simple and straightforward from the 1st service call to discussing my options with their sales rep, and dealing with the friendly staff when calling the office with questions and concerns. 

This company obviously cares about their name and reputation, and you can sense you're dealing with reputable honest people who do what they say. An entire heating and cooling system is a major investment, and I felt perfectly comfortable purchasing my system from Rhymes, and they exceeded all my expectations. Being that I'm a bit obsessive-compulsive, I am very much a perfectionist about the slightest details, and the system was installed beautifully. It was like looking at brand new Cadillac. Every detail was perfect, and Rhymes fulfilled their promise to replace anything they deemed necessary at no additional cost from the original quote. The crew that that came to my house were all friendly and polite and their installer Ron was fantastic and a true tradesman that obviously takes pride in his work, and not only did everything look nice, my basement floor was the cleanest I’ve ever seen it in 18 years living here. 
What more ore can I say. I’d recommend Rhymes Heating and Cooling to any of my friends.

Darren was great on the phone and assured me that everything would be taken care of today. He was right. Mike was amazing. He was prompt, professional and took time to explain what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. I have the utmost confidence in these guys. Great job!
