I've had Dr. Riad for a few years now and never had any problems . Has always been very nice & professional .

years ago my new insurance assigned me a Dr.  A few months later I broke my wrist.  Assigned Dr wouldn't see me because I never had an, "interview."  Dr. Riad saw me the next day, got on the phone with an orthopedic office, and badgered them to see me the following day.  A lot of people complain that he looks at his computer more than the patient.  What they miss is that he is looking at the patient's history file and updating it during the visit.  I went onto my patient portal recently to discover that something I briefly mentioned was documented there.
