Recently I had posted a review that was from a past experience that was not a good one to say the least. After posting I received an email from the Owner. He was beyond apologetic! Not only was he upset with my experience he was very concerned with my satisfaction! After conversating for a while I had went back today amd I am please to say ALL of my issues are no longer! The soap is EXTREMELY THICK AND FOAMY! The water is high pressure and they even have a hand held dryer in self serve bays! I didnt get to use the vacuum so I can't make a comment on that, but the owner assured me that everything was fixed to or above satisfactory! With my experience today, I believe they are! Thank you Mr. Rokus for replying so promptly, and for making an unhappy customer a NEWLY RETURNING CUSTOMER!
