Quiet,cool setting. But no smoking👎

This is a very simple and affordable place to say with an awesome cheap pet deposit ($5!  Unheard of!)  Just understand that if you're looking for a swanky, amenity-filled hotel, this is not the one for you.  If you're looking for a cheap place to stay with clean rooms (I used to work in housekeeping at a hotel and so I'm pretty particular!) and friendly staff (both office and housekeeping staff were lovely, helped me when my GPS was confusing me too :P) this is it.  The ice machine was broken, but there was ice available in the office, which was no big deal.  No fridge or anything in the room I stayed in, but I didn't need one, and comfortable enough beds, good working air conditioner, bathroom stocked with simple soap, plenty of towels.  No complaints here, and I would absolutely stay again if I ever make a trip along the east coast again and need a good rest.

Staying at the Rice Planters Inn for several years now has been a very good experience.  The rooms are clean and the staff is always helpful. Prices are reasonable and I feel very safe there. Highly recommend!

The rice planters inn was honestly a beautiful experience, the people were nice, the location was great, the beds were comfortable, we got two rooms for 108$ and they were better than any five star hotel

There was a very sweet lovely lady at the front desk that could not be more accommodating , the room was very clean appeared to be recently renovated new carpet fresh paint granite countertop for the bathroom sink you could not ask for more and enough pillows to compete with a five star hotel . The room was more than worth the money we were only staying for one night but I would definitely stay again .
