I have had my policy for several years and I have always felt like this office was in my side. They are extremely nice, very respectful and to say the least they go above and beyond their duties to make sure I, as well as others (I'm certain of it) will be satisfied. They handle issues willingly to make sure the customers don't feel the need to worry about anything. I am very pleased to call this office my agent. They work with me through troubles and I can't say that about a lot of places. Especially insurance companies. 5 stars 10/10

Rich knows his products and the industry better than anyone I have encountered in the insurance business...hands down!  He is honest and genuine.  State Farm and Rich have saved our family money and given us a policy that meets our needs to the tee.  I highly recommend Rich and the professional staff in his office.  It has been a pleasure to deal with a local agency that values excellent customer service. They will treat you like family!

One can purchase auto insurance at competitive rates just about anywhere. Unfortunately, in many instances service after-the-sale is woefully inadequate. 
Not so at the Antczak Insurance Agency. Here I've not only found their rates to be highly competitive but, more importantly, their service after-the-sale to be excellent. I recommend them without hesitation.

Recent claim was handled with efficiency and kindness. Car accidents are scary, but the Antczak Agency helped me through this difficult time. They were there when i needed them.
