Feeling lucky to have such a fine hometown florist in our area.  We have been dealing with Rich Designs for years and have found the customer service to be very friendly and accommodating.  All of their arrangements have been delightful and original.

I purchased the “Deluxe Purple Moon flowers” from Rich Designs Florist online for Mother’s day. My siblings and I do not live close to my mother so for the first time we had to order flowers online for her. I received a call the next day informing me they were out of the arrangement. I asked if they could do something similar to it. I was assured that wouldn’t be a problem. My mom sends me a picture of her flowers. The flowers she received were awful and no way “similar” to the flowers in the picture. I also order a balloon with the flowers which turned out to be a blue balloon with a smile face drawn on with sharpie. I call the place to see if I can bring the flowers back for a refund. Which the slip you get with it says if you call within 24 hours they will make the necessary adjustments. The first lady I spoke to told me they’ve been out of flowers since Wednesday and that was the best they could do. She also said I agreed to something similar, which that defiantly was not similar. She would not give me a refund but instead offered to replace the flowers. Which I refused because if they would have informed me they were out of flowers in general I would have canceled my order. Which I was given a wrong number and had to call back. The owner picked up this time I informed her who I was and what happened. She said they told me they were out of flowers and pretty much blamed me for not ordering sooner. She also told me when buying flowers online they don’t always look like the picture. I informed her once again I was not told they were out of flowers but merely out of the arrangement. She said she was the one who spoke to me about it and then later changed it to another girl spoke to me. The quality of customer services at this place is beyond poor and the flowers they are trying to pass off in these pictures are appalling. After arguing with her for a good amount of time I settled on the piratical refund and keeping the flowers. Needless to say I will be buying my mom new beautiful flowers because that's what she deserves.

Ordered a premium arrangement for delivery through an online florist. Delivery was late 2 days in a row and the arrangement was no where near the size or volume of a premium arrangement.
The delivery instructions were very clear and the delivery woman left them at a guardshack instead of delivering to the recipient at a nearby office. Furthermore, the guard told me that the delivery woman was upset because he didn't tip her. Due to this, the surprise of my wife receiving flowers at work for her birthday was ruined.
I am very disappointed with both the online vendor and this local florist.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Local delivery today was a great option. The only florist in Homosassa.
