After many years of avoiding a trip to the dentist, after a traumatic dental experience, i decided to make an appointment with Dr McCloskey. First the office environment was relaxing and inviting. The staff were professional and very nice, they seem to put me at ease. Once i sat in the chair which was very comfy and met the DR he began to change my outlook on the whole dental care experience. Dr McCloskey went over everything with me before actually starting the procedure going to great length to make sure that i was comfortable during the process, he was fantastic. I would like to thank Dr McCloskey and his staff for a wonderful and pain free experience and will recommend him to family and friends

Dr. McCloskey and his staff make every visit a pleasure. I grew up with a bit of a dentist phobia (the drill sound really freaked me out as a kid). As an adult, I found that some of that anxiety was still alive and well in me. For that reason, I was somewhat neglectful of my teeth. From my first visit, all of those anxieties went away. The staff is warm and inviting. They take the time to get to know you. The hygienists are thorough and yet, gentle. Dr. McCloskey is a true gentleman. He is personable, funny and a great dentist. I am confident I will stay with Dr. McCloskey for as long as he is serving Claremont.

I am a long time patient of Dr. McCloskey and have always found him to be knowledgeable, gentle, and he always explains x-ray and exam findings and discusses a proposed plan of care in depth. When my husband suffered a head injury playing week-end street football, Dr. McCloskey was able to tell me how to render first-aid to try to save his front teeth prior to getting into the office. It worked! I usually have Jeanne as my dental hygienist, and I can't say enough good things about her. The entire office staff is friendly and efficient. I recommend this office without hesitation.

I am very nervous to go to the dentist but Dr. McCloskey and his staff make me feel very at ease. I have TMJ so they make sure that I am comfortable. I have also been impressed with their conservative approach to my care. There are things that other dentists insisted that I do and Dr. McCloskey told me it is clearly cosmetic so when I want to spend the money to let him know but that it isn't important to my dental health. My son goes there too and is very happy and feels comfortable.

Very, very happy with Dr. McCloskey and his staff. They are always friendly and accommodating. They are great at reminding me of my appointments, and I never have to wait more than a minute or two when I arrive! I heartily recommend Dr. McCloskey and his entire dental staff.
