Had a horrible experience with this company.  We went through our home warranty company and were assigned Donaldson Richards Electric out of Lemoore.  The electrician came out to our house on Aug 16 (2016) and diagnosed that our whole house fan needed a new motor,  the old one had burned out (which is exactly what we assumed.) The fan has worked to cool our house perfectly over the past ten years.  We NEVER heard from the company once during the two month duration they said it took to order the motor. I had to call them every few weeks to check on the order. Every time,  I was told they would call me back and never did- horrible customer service. Finally, after my 4th phone call. They said the part would be in the next day,  but again they never called me to set up an appt. I had to call my home warranty company so that they could call Donaldson Richard and set up an appt. On the day of installation, the dispatch called me to say I would need to remove the trim around the fan and provide them with a ladder! Seriously!? What servicemen doesn't travel with a ladder??? I called my dad to help/ he took off work to rush home, rip off the trim and meet the serviceman. The serviceman never showed! When my dad called to ask him where he was,  he said "My boss said not to do the job because we aren't going to get paid for it." So... after calling my home warranty company and them calling Richard Donaldson- the guy says the whole house fan needs to be moved to an interior wall because its exposed to the elements and will burn out again.  Hello!? It's a whole house fan, they are designed to be on an outside wall and pull cool air in! He just wants the extra money! The fan has operated perfectly on that spot for over 10 years! I told my home warranty company that I'd rather just get a quote and go elsewhere- "
Let's see if he can do that on a timely manner. I already paid him $70 to do nothing.
