Richard is matter of fact. He is calm under pressure. I had no idea a what to expect in court but he was calm.kind logical and smart. There were days that I  had my questions..I am a bit emotional and he hit it out of the ball park. Great story.

Rick and assistant Carlin basically saved my life. As you know Oregon is a 50/50 state. I came out of my situation  ++++++! I'm a 60 year old disabled woman,  X cheated. My mom's inheritance paid for a new north river boat and paid house off. I GOT SPOUSAL SUPPORT,  AND 3 RETIREMENTS, from the X, 7 years younger.  I'm set for the rest of my life,  in my new coastal home 250 miles  away from the drama. THANKS RICK & CARLIN, IT'S BEEN FUN!!! Rick's got lots of tricks. HE'S "SHARKNADO " ya don't see him coming. Oh yeah,  court was great, he got me the extra vehicle too. X DIDN'T SEE THAT COMING!!! LOVE YOU GUYZ!!!

He seemed more interested in chatting than winning my case.  I looked like a fool in the courtroom, and lost what should have been an open and shut case!
