Wonderful staff and amazing doctor. Very unrealistic late policies. With a heads up it's not okay to be 5 minutes late for your appointment, but it's okay to sit in the waiting room for an hour after you've arrived on time as scheduled. If they are going to continually have unrealistic expectations of their patients. I would expect them to be beyond punctual as well. One and only complaint!
