I have always hated going to the Dentist, until I became a patient here!!  I actually ENJOY getting my teeth cleaned and my dental appointments.   Both the Doctor and the staff are TOP NOTCH, and I won't go anywhere else.  They have always been great with everything!!  Appointments, emergencies, billing and even root canals!  

They are great people, caring, professional, and will make you smile and laugh when you would least expect it.  I have always been someone who HATED going to the dentist, but that has all changed since going here.  

I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!

Dr Bernstein and his staff were truly amazing. I broke more than half of my front tooth off at work, and my dentist of over 20 years couldn't see me for days, but dr Bernstein squeezed me in same day! He and Rebecca did an incredible job repairing my tooth. Not only does it look brand new again, but they were so funny and professional! My new dentist for sure!

Let me begin this review with the fact that I like the people at Dr. Bernstein's office  and also think he does good work. But here is my issue. They did not and DO NOT tell their clients if they are out of network. They lead me to believe I was in network when I asked if they accept my insurance. They said yes and  I went ahead with them. The result on my end is little to no insurance coverage and a substantial bill. When I called back after learning this, their response was that couldn't possibly know every insurance coverage. True, but they sure well knew they were out of network but chose to mislead me. I find this a repugnant way of doing business. Shameful really.
