I loved Dr. Rogers for cleanings. That all changed the day he said a chipped tooth from 5th grade needed a root canal instead of rebonding. I've never had a cavity in my life. My teeth were all straight as you can see in my Google picture (it's an old photo). However, now I HATE my smile. That's a strong word and I bold and all caps every letter in the word. HATE. While in the chair after my root canal, he stated all my teeth were too straight. He then proceeded to make my entire mouth uneven and not straight. My teeth are now rounded and uneven. I used to love photos of my smile. It was my best feature. I really hate photos of myself now. It's not me. My mother and my children all have our large, straight teeth. I cannot say that for myself because of you and your selfish choice. I'm saving to pay a cosmetic dentist to fix this disaster in my mouth that Dr. Rogers decided to create on a whim. Dr. Rogers, every time I look into the mirror my heart breaks. You have no reason to be a dentist if this is the care you give to others. When I looked into the mirror and half my mouth was different than the other, you stated you were not fixing it that day, that I would need to come back. I came in for the second half of a root canal, not cosmetic reshaping. I walked out of your office in tears and went straight to the ice den and was comforted by my mother and friend who said I could find someone to fix them. I've never walked into your office again and I would not recommend anyone else to do so. Do NOT trust him when you are in the chair. My entire smile changed and not for the better. I was a model and in commercials prior to your need to change my smile. I cannot even smile in photos and relate to who is in the photo. You stole my smile and were paid for it. Extremely disappointed. To top it off, you completely destroyed my mother's mouth and her friends' mouth. You told my mother who ever messed up her mouth must have been on coke or crack. That person was you and you were referring to yourself. Something is off with your practice and I warn those who dare to remain a patient of yours. I'll never be back. It took sending a photo to a friend today of myself and her parents, it was a selfie. I begged her not to share it because I hated my smile. I'm not hiding my name or my photo on here. You know who I am and you have changed my life. I pray another dentist can fix your mess. I cannot even bite into a meal and cut lettuce with my teeth because you shaved most of my front teeth bite off and my teeth won't cut the lettuce. I have to use my side teeth for a hamburger. Sad and Heartbreaking. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DR. ROGERS. I'll update later with a comparison photo for reference to before and after.

We had been going to the same dentist, every 6 months for 30+ years until we moved to Florida. My daughters had exams and cleanings here first and they both complained that the cleanings hurt. My husband went next and had the same complaint. Unfortunately, he also agreed to getting crowns on 2 of the 4 teeth Dr. Rogers said needed them. From day 1 the crowns didn't fit right and my husband was in PAIN for 2 weeks until the permanents were put on. He still has pain when eating and Dr. Rogers told him he couldn't do anything and my husband would have to get root canals. My experience was also bad and I didn't even get a cleaning because they overbooked my 7:00 AM slot, the 1st appointment of the day. My exam appointment was at 4:00 and I didn't get called back until after 5:00. Absolutely horrible office and even a worse dentist.

Dr. Rogers has been my dentist for a very long time, maybe close to 20 years now. Aside from being exceptionally talented at what he does, he puts patients at ease and is genuinely concerned about your teeth as well as your comfort. The staff is also top notch, welcoming, friendly and well trained. I have had everything from routine cleaning to emergency crown repairs to cosmetic work and I owe my smile to Dr. Rogers and his staff. They are the best and I couldn't imagine trusting my care to any other dentist!

So far, so good! It's been year since I stepped into a dentist office, and I'm happy I took my time to do my research before scheduling an appointment. I have a few things I would like done and 3 appts down, so far I'm satisfied. The staff is great. I receive text reminders, and they printed out a breakdown of what I needed.
