My name is Jason Richards, and I am an attorney in Northern Utah. I run my own practice and have offices in Ogden and North Salt Lake. I grew up in Ogden and attended local public schools. I graduated from the University of Utah Law School with a juris doctorate degree. My practice primarily centralizes on litigation, bankruptcy, personal injury and family/juvenile law. I also specialize in criminal defense and other areas of post conviction relief.

I have had the opportunity to work with Jason Richards for the last 5 years in a court setting.  Jason has proven time and time again a devout care and interest in the protection of the rights of his clients.  Jason is very thorough and helps his clientele understand the case from multiple perspectives and provides a broad view of the process from beginning to end.  He has an above average knowledge of the rules of civil procedure and fights hard for his clients.  I have used his services in a civil case against a company whom withheld a cash refund from my grandmother after the passing of her husband.  Jason was able to resolve the dispute without ever having to file a petition with the court.  I will definitely use his services in the future if need be.

In less than 3 weeks time, Jason was able to  stop  the insanity of a Utah company trying to take advantage of my frail aging parents. He recovered 100 percent of a sizable high pressure sale.
