Jim came out today to asses our roof  and I am more than pleased with the services provided! We have been trying to get someone out for 3 weeks, one company stood us up others said because it is hunting season it would take 2 weeks for an visit to asses the damages. Jim was onsite within 45 min and had the repair fixed within an hour and a half at a price that was nearly 50% less than the one quote that we were able to get after waiting 2 weeks. Great Job- Thanks for the help and I recommend Richards Roofing to anyone looking for prompt reliable friendly service at competitive pricing!

I called two roofing companies from Angies list. One company that has installed several new roofs for my investment properties and Richard's Roofing to get a second opinion, based on the strong Angies List reviews. WOW! Was I glad I called Richard's Roofing! I immediately received a call back from Jim. Super nice guy and very responsive. He promised to assess our situation within 24 hours and that he did. He called early the next day and was on the roof within the hour. After a brief inspection, Jim found and corrected the problem for much less than I expected. Richard's Roofing and Jim just moved to the top of my roofers Rolodex. If you have an issue and want a professional and fair estimate. Call Jim.

Description of work:

    We had a leak in our great room that seemed to occur only when we experienced heavy rain and winds. I need someone reputable to assess and repair the situation. Our roof was in good shape overall with at least 7-10 years of life.

I give up, I guess if you don't have a big house or a ton of money, the company doesn't care if your roof leaks, 1o years of my roof leaking and half dozen tries for them to correct a poor installation and it still leaks. I paid for the job in full the day it was complete and my roof has leaked ever since. Jim has given me the run around over and over until the warranty ran out, Dale Richards told me that the vents that were installed in several properties are leaking and he is trying to get the company to do something, but my roof is still leaking and nothing is being done. I am just going to pay someone to fix it properly and not have worry every time it rains. Save yourself the headache and money.

Called them to fix a leaking roof in two different areas of the house: front and back.  All they did was remove the ice buildup on the front of the house (which I was planning on doing myself), looked at the back of the house but said there was nothing they could do. So I paid them for something I could have done myself and I still have a leaking roof.
