I highly recommend Richardson Bike Mart, they are awesome! We had 3 1/2 bikes that needed a little loving and they made it so easy! They picked them up, serviced them and dropped them back off, all within the same day! The people are super friendly and prices were reasonable as well...

Limped into the store with a flat 30 minutes before the store was open today. Barry the mechanic not only repaired the flat but did a quick function check on my nearly brand new bike to make sure everything was snug and working. Impressive shop from the store front as well as in the shop in back. Woody, thanks to you and your team!

Knowledgeable salespeople. They'll take the time to figure out your skill level, how you plan to ride, and your budget then recommend bikes that fit your criteria. Mitchell worked well with me and my wife on mountain bikes.

I have never had a bad experience at any Richardson Bike Mart location.

Most recently I took my bike in for a tune-up and was mistaken about the store hours. They had just changed to Fall Hours that day and I arrived right as they were closing. The employee that was letting the last customer out told me they were closed and i was ready to pack up and come back the next day. But he said, "What can we do for you?" and let me in to drop off my bike.

I was told that they were pretty backed up at the moment and they did not expect to complete maintenance on my bike until two days later, but they called the next day and said it was done.

The employee love cycling, and their passion for the sport and for helping others is evident in their service. They go above and beyond to make every customer's experience the best one possible. If you need a bike, come here. If you need a bike fixed, come here. If you need anything related to cycling. Come Here!

I bought a pair of cycle shoes from Amazon and it didn't come with directions on how to put on the pedal clips on. I went to Bike Mart - Richardson and asked them to help me. Two of the clerks immediately said yes and took their time to show me what to do and they put the clips on for me. I was so appreciative.
