I have been having Sue Richardson do my taxes for the past 15 years. They have always been very professional and have provided me with the best advice in sometimes difficult situations. After Katrina, they got me back $13,000 which was sorely needed. I will always take my returns to Sue.

I contracted this office to file my tax return. After a couple weeks, I called to check in on my return. I was given general information, but nothing specific to my return. In the following couple of weeks, when I would call for information, I was frequently told that someone would call me back to provide me with information, but they never did. When I went to the office, I was given general information about certain laws and potential delays, but never any information specific to my account. After several weeks of attempts to contact someone, I had to call the IRS to get information regarding my return. I was told by this office that my return had been submitted, but the IRS had no record of it. My return had not been submitted at all. 

I honestly hate giving bad reviews, but this was ridiculous. Never going back...

Ms. Richardson and her staff are extremely professional and personal with their clients! They are the only people I trust with my tax information. They are consistently friendly, helpful, and on time. I would recommend them to anyone who has personal or business tax needs.
