Richelieu of Louisville did a poor job of helping my wife.  She went over there to purchase soft close hinges for our cabinets.  The associate provided her with hinges; however, they were not soft close.  These were installed just a couple days ago and we noticed they were not closing softly.  She proceeded to take the hinges back to the store today (8/2/2016) and they told her that she could not return them since they were installed.  Even though this was an error by the employee they did not acknowledge it and would not allow her to return.  The order number on the receipt when looked up says "soft close hinge".  So essentially my wife went over there with a hinge off of our own cabinets and they sold her the same exact hinges we currently had; just indicating that they were the soft close version of them.  In disbelief that this company would allow this type of service.  Clearly a mistake by the employee and they will not exchange the hinges or give us our money back.  I would advise people to stay away from this company unless you are educated on the material/products.  Giving them 1 star because it won't allow me to post without at least selecting one.

I really like their variety of product. I was a bit hesitant after reading some of the negative reviews but I thought their service was good. Not great, but I never felt like they didn't care about me a customer. Some staff members could be a little more knowledgable about their product.
