This place is the worse place ever to deal with.I had a case there dealing with my grandchild !The mother was on drugs couldn’t pass drug tests  mother and was hitting the children..The father my son was incarcerated.She left them home alone and to be honest somebody needs to take charge of this department, that has the children that are neglected or abused will get fair treatment.They say grandparents have know rights when it comes to these kids ,but we are the one having to take care of them.They had family members handling open cases ,family members giving these moms chance after chance to pass drug test and knowly they knew these women or cheating to pass the drug test especially the urine ones.They don’t check on them like they are writing down they are.Only check when there is a court day coming up.The Good caseworkers are leaving because the ones before them seen so much dishonest behavior going on they quit..They don’t answer phones when you call your caseworker unless they are a family member like I said and their handling the case.I had a husband with 16 year old drug charge 16 years they wouldn’t let me get  my grandchild He did his time and was young then.He never had a ticket for nothing in 16 years.Pass drugtest And was willing to do it however long to prove he was a good man.But yet you place the other child in a home with the caseworker family member she had  several other kids a male  they never background checked and pretend he never stayed in the home at all.Even  did visits and sat and drank with the family..and we had been taking care of the for 10 years already.2 years she lived with us but the cousin decides that because I wouldn’t take both!when only one was my grandchild that I didn’t deserve neither.We hired a lawyer my daughter moved here just to help us get custody  of the child.We were the parental grandparents ,maternal didn’t want nothing to do with neither ..Since this happened their has been some caseworker quit,fired and even some supervisors put in other spots..Nobody should have to go through what we did Nobody..

I have been here for two(2) hours. I was told this would take 10 minutes.  Receptionist are rude and unprofessional.
