Initially had good experiences with them. As time went on it seemed like they got kinda lazy. Oil on the engine top, never informed me that my axel was leaking, also neglected to properly install my oil filter cover causing it to tear open. Recently noticed that my transmission has been acting up. That caused me to check the fluid and noticed that it was extremely dirty and dark. That is one of the many fluids they are supposed to check during an oil change. Hope this helps others with their choice.

Not trustworthy, to put it politely. Went in for a leaky tire. They found an object in the tire but said they could not fix it because it was "too close to the sidewall." The object was an inch into the tread that touches the road. Of course, they just wanted to sell me a tire or two. Wasted nearly an hour of my time for this game, even though I had an appointment. I told them I was not interested in doing further business with them. Drove to Walmart and bought a plug kit for $3, and fixed it myself in about five minutes without even taking the wheel off the car. I gave them two stars instead of one because they did not charge me to play their game.

One year later: Going strong with the DIY plug. Pretty sure the "RMA" exists to help its members sell as many tires as possible.
